Shipping policy
We aim to release your order for shipment the second or third day after the payment is completed.
Perth Metro Delivery :
Local delivery means the distants less 30Km from Myaree.
Order more than $400, free delivery if distants less 30Km from Myaree.
Less 400, $30 delivery fee surchange.
Not In Perth Metro delivery :
Sendle Domestic carrier deliveries range from 4 to 10 days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping origin.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If any item is clearly damaged, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following by the same day:
- Note it clearly on the bill of lading before signing it
- Keep your copy of the bill of lading
- Contact us as soon as possible
If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this in any way on the bill of lading, we CANNOT guarantee any compensation for damages.
DELIVERY APPOINTMENTS
Bubble Tea Wholesaler WA and Sendle Domestic carriers require a delivery appointment for residential deliveries. If the appointment is made and no one is available to receive the delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION/ IMAGES
We strive to provide the most accurate images and descriptions of our products as possible. However, some product images may be difficult or impossible to obtain. In that case, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product.
